Q: Where do you ship?

A: Shipping times vary based on the item and your location. In-stock pieces typically ship within 5 days, while made-to-order and custom pieces may take 4 weeks.Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs depend on the size of the item and your location. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.Q: Do you offer white glove delivery and assembly?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer white glove delivery or assembly. Most of our products require little to no assembly. -
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.Q: How do I start a return?
A: To initiate a return, please contact us at alloy@pseudonym-studio.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.Q: Are there restocking fees?
A: A restocking fee of 20% may apply to certain returned items. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned. -

A: We take great care in packaging our furniture, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send clear photos of the damage and packaging to alloy@pseudonym-studio.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.Q: Do you offer replacements or repairs?

A: Yes! Alloy was born out of an Architecture and Interior Design firm. Andrew or Jim from our design team at Pseudonym Studio can help you with design at any scale. They can even select the perfect pieces for your space. Whether you need guidance on furniture selection, layout, or finishes, we offer a variety of services to ensure your space feels cohesive and functional.
